This includes:

~Unlimited support via text, call, facetime and email throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum

~Two 1-2 hour prenatal appointments in your home to discuss your birth plan, desires, labor prep, postpartum planning, etc.

~A visual birth plan

-24/7 on-call time starting at 37 weeks gestation 

~12 hours of face-to-face time during labor and birth

~ 1 one-hour postpartum visit in your home

This includes:

($250 for those that are also my labor doula client)

I will come to you and educate you in your own home. This class is about 5-6 hours. You have the option to complete the class in one day or spit it into two days. I will educate as well as work with you on labor techniques.

($200 for those that are also my labor doula client)

This is an IN PERSON group class at the Mount Vernon Birth Center. Is it usually about 3-4 couples. Classes are typically a Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm. This class will be fun, informative and semi interactive. We will practice labor techniques and help you to feel more empowered for your birth experience.

I will send you all of your labor/birth options, we will discuss your desires as well any questions you may have. I will then create your visual birth plan for you.
